This is a complicated book that I tried to read through after listening to Richard Bandler. Both are hard to understand just listening to them or reading them. I feel this would be helpful for someone with advanced training and a coach in NLP, but otherwise the language and instructions are hard to follow without some more guidance.
The book contains some useful content but I find that it lacks an overall structure as well as a good table of content to reflect it. Further, it would benefit from more rigour in the theoretical background behind the exercises which is often absent. I'm wondering if the book as been reviewed at all by an editor as the quality of the language is poor and with frequent grammatical and spelling mistakes. I just realized that the book has been self-published and it shows.Other example of the lack of professional editing includes tasteless and even sexist jokes such as:- about the `size' submodality - "Size matters! Don't believe the girl who says it isn't. If she can't see it..."- about the `change of focus' submodality - "They spoke in words that only they make clear meaning of (you know, women are excellent in that skill - and luckily for all of us, they use it well to educate their men)"This is just two of countless examples of tasteless and irrelevant `jokes'. How can this be in a NLP training book? A book that is meant to be used by professionals?I wish I could be more positive about it but I can't, not after paying 70$ for it.
I found this book a bit fragmented. Reminded me of the kind of hypnotists who use scripts written by others. I'd prefer fewer techniques and a clearer methodology. I am a master practitioner in NLP so maybe I am being to harsh and it probably has its place in the market.
I've read two books by this author, and the writing in both is extremely poor. Not just sloppy and hard to read, but the presentation is so jumbled that it actually impedes the content. Maybe the author doesn't speak good English, I don't know, but this book is sloppy by rough draft standards, and has no business being in print in this state. Having read many books on this subject, there were times when I was already familiar with what he was talking about, and I was STILL confused by what I read. NLP requires incredible linguistic precision to discuss. This author is nowhere close to that. Skip his stuff.Edit--in response to the angry comment below, I reworded this to be nicer to the author.

this book is very confusing of how to apply the techiniques so i no longer have this book if you understand nlp then this book is for you
For starters, this book is filled with grammatical errors. It makes you wonder how "Inner Patch Publishing" would send this to print with so many mistakes. It makes it incredibly hard to read as the grammatical errors are so disrupting. Secondly, the book claims to have been written for people who know the basics of NLP, but even in that case, it feels like you have to be in the author's head to understand him/her. Lastly, a lot of the techniques are repeated or similar to each other. Definitely not wroth it, and a total waste of time and money.
